چکیده

Background: Preparing requires colouring to clarify or sharpen various tissue parts, especially cells. The use of synthetic dyes in preparations the long term can less impact both living things and environment. study aims obtain natural from morning glory flowers at optimal temperatures pH find out feasibility coloured using Morning Glory flower extract. Method: extraction process uses a maceration method with different temperature variations 400C, 500C, 600C, 700C, 800C i.e. 3, 4, 5, 6. preparation dye concentration variations. concentrations used are 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%. Data analysis techniques descriptive percentage methods. Results: extract (Ipomoea purpurea (L.) Roth) colour dermal tissue, empulur, cortex transport beams on stems cayenne pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens L.). Conclusion: Natural be as learning medium 74% eligibility rate for preparing dyes.

The genetic basis of a flower color polymorphism in the common morning glory (Ipomoea purpurea).

The common morning glory (Ipomoea purpurea) is highly polymorphic for flower color. Part of this phenotypic variation is due to allelic variation at the P locus. This locus determines whether flowers will be purple or pink, where purple is dominant to pink. We have determined that the anthocyanin biosynthetic gene flavonoid 3'-hydroxylase (f3'h) corresponds to the P locus. In the pink allele of...

Biosynthesis of wound ethylene in morning-glory flower tissue.

Production of wound ethylene was investigated in rib segments excised from flower buds of morning-glory (Ipomoea tricolor). Segments of the ribs were cut from buds 2 days before flower opening, floated overnight on 5 mm KCl solution, and transferred to agar the following morning. These immature segments evolved only a small quantity of ethylene during incubation on agar, with most of the produc...

Dynamics of mobile element activity in chalcone synthase loci in the common morning glory (Ipomoea purpurea).

Mobile element dynamics in seven alleles of the chalcone synthase D locus (CHS-D) of the common morning glory (Ipomoea purpurea) are analyzed in the context of synonymous nucleotide sequence distances for CHS-D exons. By using a nucleotide sequence of CHS-D from the sister species Ipomoea nil (Japanese morning glory [Johzuka-Hisatomi, Y., Hoshino, A., Mori, T., Habu, Y. & Iida, S. (1999) Genes ...

The evolutionary potential of Baker's weediness traits in the common morning glory, Ipomoea purpurea (Convolvulaceae).

PREMISE OF THE STUDY Many reports have cited Baker's list of weediness traits, or those that exemplify the "ideal" weed, yet few have considered the evolutionary potential of such traits as a group. Thus, it is unknown whether constraints on the evolution of increased weediness, such as a lack of genetic variation or genetic correlations between the traits, are present. Ipomoea purpurea, the co...

Morning glory syndrome.

Morning glory syndrome is a congenital optic disc anomaly in which much of the excavated colobomatous optic disc is filled with glial tissue. Ocular complications may include strabismus, reduced visual acuity and retinal detachment and it may have systemic associations as in Aicardi's syndrome. A patient with monocular morning glory syndrome and reduced visual acuity is reported. The pattern re...
